2025 Anderson Webb Talley Scholarship Information

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY AND FOLLOW ALL INSTRUCTIONS   

 

Applications will CLOSE on March 2, 2025. This is includes having your recommendation completed by a school staff member. INCOMPLETE APPLICATIONS will automatically be disqualified. 

 

QUALIFICATIONS

1. Applicant must have a minimum 2.0 GPA.

2. Must be a Tennessee resident and a U.S. citizen.

3. Must be a high school senior in good standing.

4. Scholarships will be awarded only for attendance at an accredited college/university, community college, or religious school.

INSTRUCTIONS TO APPLICANT

It is the applicant’s responsibility to include all of the following:

1. Submit a completed application

2. A letter of recommendation and its form, completed by school staff.

3. An official high school transcript, including the first semester of your senior year.

4. A copy of the acceptance letter for the school in which you plan to attend.

5. Ensure there are no spelling and grammatical errors on the application; this will have a negative impact on your selection.

6. The Scholarship committee must receive the appropriate documents for the Fall term before any award may be forwarded to the selected applicant.

7. In event that the selected applicant forfeits their award, an alternate will be selected if all qualifications are met.
